Air France-KLM: passenger traffic up 4.6% in July.
(CercleFinance.com) - Air France-KLM has announced passenger traffic that rose by 4.
6% in July, based on capacity that is up 2.9%, which has resulted in a 1.4-point improvement in its load factor to 89.9%.
The airline said that it transported some 8 million passengers (+6%) under its Air France, KLM and Hop! banners, and boasts revenue per seat kilometre offered (RSKO), excluding FX factors, that is up year-on-year.
Meanwhile, the Franco-Dutch group's low cost division, Transavia, saw its traffic increase 4.8%, with 1.7 million passengers carried (+2.5%), while cargo traffic was almost flat, rising 0.7%.
