Air France-KLM: SocGen raises target to 17 euros.

(CercleFinance.com) - Société Générale (SocGen) has slightly raised its target price for the Air France-KLM share from 12 to 17 euros (+41.
7%) over a 12-month horizon. The “buy” recommendation is confirmed.

Whilst the airline is set to unveil its half-year accounts on 28 July, SocGen has reviewed its calculations and revised profit forecasts upwards. The main catalysts for this are positive trends in traffic for international links and “still favourable fuel prices”.

“The market focuses too much on weaknesses”, considers SocGen, even though the group's fundamentals are improving, and the 2017 PER for the share is barely greater than five.
