Air France-KLM: passenger traffic up 7.8% in June.
(CercleFinance.com) - Air France-KLM has announced passenger traffic that rose by 7.
8% in June, based on capacity that is up 5.1%, which has resulted in a 2.2-point improvement in its load factor to 87.4%.
The airline said that it transported some 7.5 million passengers (+7.6%) under its Air France, KLM and Hop! banners, and boasts revenue per seat kilometre offered (RSKO), excluding FX factors, that is up year-on-year.
Meanwhile, the Franco-Dutch group's low cost division, Transavia, saw its traffic increase 12.9%, with 1.5 million passengers (+11.4%), while cargo traffic rose by 3%.
