Kone: AGM approves dividend

(CercleFinance.com) - Finnish lift maker, Kone Corporation's AGM, which was held in Helsinki, Finland today, approved dividends as proposed by the Board of Directors, i.
e. 1.7475 euro for Class A shares and 1.75 euro for Class B share,s with an additional dividend of 0.4975 euro for Class A shares and 0.50 euro for Class B shares in issue.

The dividends will be payable on 11 March 2021, Kone said.

The number of Board members has also been confirmed at eight. The re-elected Board members were Matti Alahuhta, Susan Duinhoven, Antti Herlin, Iiris Herlin, Jussi Herlin, Ravi Kant and Juhani Kaskeala. Jennifer Xin-Zhe Li was elected as a new Board member.

The AGM confirmed an annual remuneration of 220,000 euros for the chairman of the board, 125,000 euros for the vice-chairman and 110,000 euros for directors.
