Kone: names chief marketing officer
(CercleFinance.com) - Finnish lift maker Kone said Friday it appointed Tricia Weener as its chief marketing officer and executive vice president, in charge of marketing and communications.
Kone said Weener joins from British banking giant HSBC, where she most recently served as head of B2B marketing. During her 11 years at the lender, she held roles in the fields of brand, marketing and communications, mostly in Asia, the company added.
Prior to HSBC, she ran her own marketing agency and served multinational customers across industry sectors such as financial services, retail, luxury goods, travel and sports, Kone said.
She succeeds Max Alfthan, who stepped down in March 2020.
