Kone: BlackRock raises stake to just over 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - US asset manager BlackRock now has a stake of just over 5% in Kone, the Finnish lift maker said on Wednesday.
The disclosure was made after BlackRock's stake rose above the 5% threshold at which such disclosures are mandatory.
On 27 June, BlackRock has a 5.02% stake in Kone, compared to 4.62% in the previous notification, according to the filing.
