Nokia: selected for Stealth Communications network
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday Nokia announced that it has been selected to upgrade the network of Stealth Communications, a New York-based business telecommunications operator.
The Finnish company said that it will deploy its IP routing portfolio on behalf of the high-speed Internet service provider to provide Stealth with a larger, denser network with connections of up to 100GE and 400GE.
Stealth Communications provides business connectivity services to New York companies in the financial, real estate, education and other sectors over its nearly 80-mile-long fiber-optic network that connects numerous office buildings.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
