Nokia: selected by T-2 for 5G in Slovenia
(CercleFinance.com) - Nokia announced Monday that it has been selected by T-2 Slovenia as the exclusive equipment supplier for the deployment of its 5G network.
Under the terms of the five-year contract, the Finnish company will provide the Slovenian telecoms operator with its AirScale radio access technology based on its latest generation ReefShark chipsets.
Nokia will also handle the digital design of the project, its deployment and technical support services.
In a statement, the equipment manufacturer recalls that it is a long-standing strategic partner of T-2, which recently won bids for 2100 and 2300 MHz frequencies.
