Nokia: wins service deal with A1 Telekom Austria
(CercleFinance.com) - Finnish mobile telecom network maker Nokia announced on Monday that it has signed a services deal with A1 Telekom Austria, covering private LTE and 5G enterprise campus network deployments.
As part of the three-year deal, which began earlier this year, Nokia is providing its private wireless technology and services, as well as operational support and care for the networks.
Nokia and A1 said they have already deployed a number of private wireless campus networks in Austria, including installations at auto parts maker Magna Steyr, Vienna Airport and 5G Playground Carinthia, a laboratory for testing applications.
