Nokia: Maersk CEO proposed as board member

P. Moller Maersk has been nominated to become a board member for Nokia, the Finnish company said on Tuesday.
After Louis Hughes said that he will no longer be available to serve on the board after the group's AGM, the board has proposed that Soren Skou be elected as a board member for a one-year term.
It will also be proposed at the AGM on 21 May that Risto Siilasmaa is elected as board chairman. He has been the company's chairman since 2012.
