Nokia: to hold annual shareholders' meeting on 30 May

19 euro per share for 2017 to its shareholders.
The proposal will be made at the company's annual general meeting on 30 May, the Finnish telecoms gear maker said on Tuesday.
Nokia will also propose that Sari Baldauf, who has been a key executive of the company throughout the 1990s, is elected as a member of the company's board of directors.
Former Alcatel-Lucent director Jean Monty has said that he will no longer be available to serve on the board after the AGM.
After the meeting takes place, Risto Siilasmaa is expected to be elected chairman of the board, and Olivier Piou as vice-chairman.
