(CercleFinance.com) - Nokia has signed a deal to help MTN Nigeria to improve the user experience of its 52 million clients, the Finnish company said on Tuesday.
Under the deal, Nokia will provide cognitive analytics software powered by machine learning algorithms to offer MTN a full view of customer satisfaction, revenue, and network performance.
The project will help MTN Nigeria to speed the identification of service issues, such as poor voice call and data session quality, and prioritise improvements based on customer and business impact, Nokia said.
