Nokia: to modernize Zain's network in Iraq.
(CercleFinance.com) - Nokia will modernize Zain Iraq's networks to support the expected increase in data and voice traffic during the annual event of Zeyara, the company said on Wednesday.
Nokia's most advanced technologies will be used to expand Zain Iraq's 2G and 3G network across Karbala, Najaf and Basra, in order to improve indoor and outdoor coverage, with a special focus on the holy cities of Karbala and Najaf, the firm said.
Zeyara, an annual event in the holy city of Karbala, culminates in the event of Al Arba'een.
