Nokia: to launch connected consumer health products.
(CercleFinance.com) - Nokia said on Tuesday that it is launching a range of connected consumer products to help people monitor their health.
New products include a Wi-Fi connected scale, a compact blood pressure monitor with a flexible cuff and app functions giving users a complete overview of their well-being.
The trackers, scales, vital health devices and home products will complete the transition of products from the Withings brand, which Nokia bought in 2016.
The products will be available online and through retailers such as Best Buy, Amazon.com, Bed, Bath & Beyond, CVS, and Target.
Nokia has also announced a significant industry breakthrough with the Bell Labs showing use of ultra-low latency 10G PON for mobile fronthaul.
