Almirall: successfully prices 250 million euros bond
(CercleFinance.com) - Spanish drugmaker Almirall said on Tuesday that it has successfully priced a 250 million euros senior unsecured bond due 2021 to finance its most recent acquisition.
Almirall intends to use the proceeds, together with the proceeds from a new 150 million euros syndicated loan, to repay in full its 400 million euros bridge loan incurred for the acquisition of the portfolio of five products from Allergan's medical dermatology unit in the United States.
The deal was originally announced in September.
