Almirall: launches call for new skin compounds
(CercleFinance.com) - AlmirallShare, the open innovation platform of Spain's Almirall, has launched a call with the aim of finding new compounds to improve skin health, its preferred field.
Almirall is attempting to find small molecules that could be used in the therapeutic treatment of atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, acne, actinic keratosis, and related dermatological diseases, the firm said.
The call has been sent to universities, research centers, biotech companies, start-ups, and pharma companies.
After Almirall's scientific teams reviews proposals, an Almirall scientist will be chosen to collaborate on the chosen projects.
