Iberdrola: sells solar thermal power plant in Spain
(CercleFinance.com) - Iberdrola today announces an agreement for the sale of a solar thermal power plant in Puertollano in the Spanish province of Ciudad Real to ENCE, a transaction worth 181.
1 million euros.
The deal will have a positive impact on the Spanish energy group's 2018 results, which will be taken into account in the finalisation. Both companies further agree that Iberdrola will operate and maintain the site for two years.
This sale is part of the three billion euro asset rotation plan that the group announced last February. So far this year the group has finalised transactions amounting to almost 1.2 billion euros.
