Siemens Gamesa: wins deal to maintain Polish wind farms
(CercleFinance.com) - Wind turbine maker Siemens Gamesa has secured a 23-year deal covering the operations and maintenance of two wind farms in Poland.
As from this month, the company will provide service and maintenance for the 34MW Lukaszow and 24MW Modlikowice farms in western Poland.
The contract includes full-scope service including availability and component warranty for 29 Vestas V90 wind turbines, it said.
Both wind farms have been operational for the last seven years.
