Siemens Gamesa: shareholders approve dividend, directors
(CercleFinance.com) - Shareholders of wind turbine maker Siemens Gamesa have approved the company's slate of directors at its annual meeting in Bilbao yesterday.
The resolutions adopted at the meeting included ratifying the appointment of Miguel Angel Lopez, the company's board chairman.
Pedro Azagra and Rudolf Krammer were ratified as directors, while Gloria Hernández and Andoni Cendoya were re-elected, the company said.
The shareholders also approved a cash dividend of 0.002567 euro per share.
