Cellnex: SocGen now aims for a target of 23 euros.
(CercleFinance.com) - According to Société Générale (SocGen), Cellnex Telecom, the Spanish telecommunication tower operator, has not yet exhausted its growth potential, especially since it represents a speculative interest.
Keeping their buy rating on this sound security, the analysts raised their 12-month target price to 23 euros from 19.5 euros.
The research note firstly underlines “FCF-accretive deal-making and the fulfilment of management growth targets” which have enabled Cellnex share prices to leap by more than 37% year-to-date.
SocGen also points out that “Cellnex offers a unique opportunity for US towercos” seeking geographic expansion, such as American Tower, which is rumoured to be interested. However, the note also cites Crown Castle and SBA as potential candidates.
