Novo Nordisk: new share repurchase program
(CercleFinance.com) - Novo Nordisk said on Monday it would buy back up to 2.
4 billion Danish kronor worth of its own shares as part of a 14 billion Danish kronor share repurchase program.
On top of this new share repurchase program, Novo Nordisk has entered into an agreement to buy 3.1 million B shares for a total value of 954 million Danish kronor from Novo Holdings, the holding company of the Novo Group, that includes Novo Nordisk and Novozymes.
