Zealand Pharma: Phase 3 study collaboration with Roche
(CercleFinance.com) - Denmark's Zealand Pharma and Switzerland's Roche will start to collaborate together to assess the potential for a new non-surgical treatment for children with congenital hyperinsulinism.
The companies plan to launch Phase 3 trials with Zealand's dasiglucagon and Roche's insulin delivery pump system.
Roche said that it impressed with the progress made by Zealand with dasiglucagon, which is now ready for Phase 3 clinical trials, in the treatment of congenital hyperinsulinism.
