Zealand Pharma: US IPO priced at 17.87 dollars per share

5 million Danish kroner (78 million dollars) in an initial public offering of American Depositary Shares on the Nasdaq after its shares were priced at 17.87 dollars.
The biotech company, based in Copenhagen, said the offering will consist of a total of 4,375,000 ADSs, corresponding to 4,375,000 underlying new shares.
The new shares underlying these ADS will represent 14.3% of Zealand's entire share capital.
Gross proceeds from the offering could reach 566.4 million Danish kroner (about 89 million dollars) assuming the full exercise of the over-allotment option.
The offering is expected to be completed on 14 August.
