ProSiebenSat.1: sells shares in online travel agency to CVC.
(CercleFinance.com) - German media group ProSiebenSat.
1 Group has agreed to sell all of its shares in the online travel agency Etraveli to CVC Capital Partners based on an enterprise value of 508 million euros.
Etraveli, which is based in Uppsala, Sweden, offers flight tickets and operates in around 50 countries, with the Gotogate, Supersaver and Seat24 brands.
ProSiebenSat.1 says Etraveli's value has more than doubled since it acquired the company in November 2015, at a total valuation of 235 million euros.
