Osram: to acquire California-based LED products supplier.
(CercleFinance.com) - Osram is going to buy California-based LED products supplier Engin, a company which has approximately 30 employees and annual sales of around 10 million dollars.
Engin makes special customized LEDs, for example to light restaurants, shops, museums and galleries. The company also supplies lighting
products for the horticulture and dental markets.
The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
