Siemens Energy: extends contract with Spie in Germany
(CercleFinance.com) - The energy and communications services group Spie announced on Wednesday that it has extended its contract with Siemens Energy for the management of technical facilities in Germany.
The multi-technical service provider will continue to be in charge of the 385,000m2 of office and production space occupied by Siemens Energy for the next three years.
Spie's teams are currently responsible for the management of the buildings' technical installations, which includes operational management, property management, maintenance, warranty monitoring, energy management and infrastructure management control.
Spie also plans to support the company in its energy transition through sustainable and digital solutions.
Even so, Siemens Energy shares are down over 4%, while Spie shares are down around 2.5%.
