Siemens Energy: Berenberg starts monitoring as a buyer
(CercleFinance.com) - Berenberg has begun to monitor the Siemens Energy share on Wednesday, with a buy rating and a target price of 28 euros.
After a tricky stockmarket debut for Siemens' energy subsidiary, the broker highlights the market's "mispricing" of the share.
For Berenberg, the fall in the share price is mainly due to the desire of Siemens' existing shareholders - who are more interested in the structural prospects posted by the parent company - to take profits.
"We expect a reversion towards fair value as outflows are superseded by incremental buyers seeking an alternative value proposition," Berenberg says.
