E.ON: buys Swedish critical infrastructure firm Coromatic

ON said on Friday that it has bought Coromatic, a Swedish provider of critical infrastructure in the Nordic region, for an undisclosed amount.
Due to the large growth of data centres, critical infrastructures have become an attractive market for the German utility group.
Coromatic delivers emergency power and uninterrupted power supply to customers operating in industries such as data centres, healthcare, public sector, transport, industry, telecom, finance and retail.
The Stockholm-based company has approximately 500 employees.
