Commerzbank: Manfred Knof to be next board chairman
(CercleFinance.com) - Commerzbank announced on Monday that it will appoint Manfred Knof to succeed Martin Zielke as Chairman of its Board of Directors.
Knof, 55, is currently head of the retail banking division for Germany at Deutsche Bank.
Until 2017, he was head of the German operations of the insurance giant Allianz.
Manfred Knof will officially replace Martin Zielke as of 1 January 2021, Commerzbank said.
