BASF: sells Construction Chemicals unit
(CercleFinance.com) - At midnight, BASF completed the sale of Chemicals Construction to a subsidiary of Lone Star, a global venture capital company, for a price of 3.

The Chemicals Construction business will now be part of the newly founded MBCC group, headquartered in Mannheim, Germany.
With approximately 7,500 employees, Chemicals Construction operates production sites and sales offices in over 60 countries, posting revenue of about 2.6 billion euros in 2019.
