BASF: development agreement with UK data firm Proagrica.
(CercleFinance.com) - BASF has signed a development and operation agreement with UK-based Proagrica to offer the first farm management system interfaces.
The German chemicals company said the solutions for farmers will combine its digital offer Maglis with Proagrica's integration and connectivity solutions.
BASF has also signed an agreement with bse Engineering to transform CO2 and excess current into methanol.
The firm will provide custom-made catalysts for a new chemical energy storage process, enabling transformation of excess current and off-gas carbon dioxide (CO2) into the chemical energy storage methanol in small-scale production units.
