Hugo Boss: CEO to leave by 'mutual consent'

(CercleFinance.com) - Hugo Boss said on Monday that its Chief Executive Mark Langer is to leave the company this autumn "by mutual consent," after four years in office.

The German fashion house said that Langer will leave the managing board with effect as of 30 September, while acting as a consultant from that date, supporting the company until the end of the year.

Throughout his time with the group - almost 18 years - Langer had previously served as CFO, amongst other functions.

Hugo Boss said that its supervisory board will immediately start looking for a successor.
