Allianz: makes several real estate investments in US
(CercleFinance.com) - Allianz Real Estate, Allianz's real estate asset management division, says that it is ending 2018 on a strong note in the US, having made two major equity investments in the 53 State Street office blocks in Boston and the Terminal Stores Building in New York City.
On the West Coast, the group has invested 132.6 million dollars to increase its stake in the San Francisco Ferry Building to 45%. It has therefore deployed 728 million dollars in equity in 2018 by investing in these three assets.
Its real estate debt business has also reached 1.9 billion dollars and has financed several real estate assets, such as 200 Occidental in Seattle, BDO Industrial Portfolio in Ogden, Utah and Promenade at Downey in the metropolis of Los Angeles.
