Allianz: real estate AuM up in H1
(CercleFinance.com) - With the diversification of asset classes, types of investments and structures worldwide, Allianz Real Estate had total assets under management (AuM) of 60.
1 billion euros at the end of June 2018 (against 56.4 billion at the end of 2017).
Direct and indirect equity investments amounted to 42.5 billion euros, while Allianz Real Estate financing reached 17.6 billion euros, including 10.8 billion euros in the US and 6.8 billion euros in Europe.
In addition, Allianz's asset management subsidiary announces that in September it launched a platform for investments in regulated debt in Luxembourg, which will be open to third-party investors from 2019.
