Allianz: new COO at Global Investors in November.
(CercleFinance.com) - Allianz Global Investors said on Thursday that George McKay, the group's co-head, chief global distribution manager and global chief operating officer (COO), will step down in April.
He will be replaced by Karen Prooth, who will integrate Allianz GI on 1 November after 10 years at BlackRock, where she was responsible for the global platform dedicated to ETFs and index investments.
George McCay has been a COO of Allianz GI since 2012. He has also been global distribution manager and co-head of AllianzGI since March 2016.
