Allianz: to buy out Euler Hermès' minority shareholders?
(CercleFinance.com) - Up about 4% this morning in Paris, the Euler Hermès share is the sharpest riser on the SBF 120, while according to Bloomberg, the German insurer Allianz appears to be considering buying out the remaining shares of the French credit insurer that it does not already hold.
To date, Allianz owns approximately 63% of the French group, with the market value of minority shareholders reaching around 1.6 billion euros.
The Bloomberg news agency adds that no final decision has been taken by Allianz.
