Volkswagen: merges two departments
(CercleFinance.com) - Volkswagen has announced that its Treasury and Investor Relations departments will merge as of 1 December 2021, in order to strengthen its relations with its banking partners and other players in the capital markets.
While Dr. Jörg Boche, Head of Group Treasury at Volkswagen AG, will retire at the end of 2021, Rolf Woller will join Volkswagen on 1 December in the new role of Head of Treasury and Investor Relations, positions he held until now at Traton, a Volkswagen subsidiary.
