Volkswagen: Audi sales up slightly in June.
(CercleFinance.com) - June was a better month than May for Audi.
This brand, which is owned by Volkswagen, sold 170,650 vehicles in June, up 1% year on year.
Strong activity in the US and Western Europe, where sales grew by 5.3% and 2.6%, respectively, more than offset a 1.7% decline in China.
In the first six months of the year, Audi nevertheless lamented a 4.7% fall in sales compared to H2 2016, with 908,950 vehicles sold, due to ongoing difficulties in China.
