Siemens: accelerating energy transition with Shell
(CercleFinance.com) - Siemens Smart Infrastructure and Shell Global Solutions International have signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate on the development of low-carbon, high-efficiency energy solutions that support the energy transition.
The agreement will cover green hydrogen production projects for industrial applications at Shell and its customers, as well as further collaboration in the areas of biofuels and circular chemistry.
While Siemens will work with Shell to accelerate the transition to net zero operations, Shell will provide Siemens, and its subsidiaries, with low-carbon products, including the supply of biofuels.
