Siemens: plans to triple investments in Brazil
(CercleFinance.com) - Siemens plans to triple its investments in Brazil to up to 1 billion euros over the next five years, the German conglomerate said on Wednesday.
Today the Munich-based group has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex) in Sao Paulo, with the aim of "unlocking economic growth potential" in the country.
In particular, Siemens plans to focus on projects relating to electrification, automation and digitalisation.
