Siemens: to float 15% of Siemens Healthineers in IPO
(CercleFinance.com) - Siemens said on Monday that it will sell 15% of Siemens Healthineers as part of the planned IPO of its healthcare unit, potentially raising up to 4.

The German conglomerate plans to offer 150 million existing ordinary registered shares at a price of between 26 euros and 31 euros.
Siemens Healthineers is scheduled to be listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 16 March, with the offer expected to begin on 6 March, ending on 15 March.
