Both companies have announced plans for Accenture Interactive and SAP Hybris to develop a platform that will help clients build personalised experiences for customers ranging from offline shopping to loyalty management.
With the new platform, Accenture and SAP are targeting B2C and B2B companies in the retail, telecommunications and resources industries.
