Daimler: expands partnership with China's Baidu
(CercleFinance.com) - German auto giant Daimler announced on Wednesday an expansion of its partnerships in automated driving and intelligent connected vehicles with China's Baidu.
The carmaker will strengthen its ties with the Chinese Internet search provider, integrating Baidu's vehicle connectivity services into the Mercedes-Benz infotainment system, it said.
Both companies will also work to explore new strategic fields, Daimler said.
