Daimler: 2017 was a record year for Mercedes-Benz

The German car maker explains that the growth of its car division last year was particularly driven by the new Saloon and Estate E-Class, as well as by its SUV range.
Daimler said that because of its success in each of its three key regions - Europe, Asia-Pacific, NAFTA - Mercedes-Benz has been the best-selling premium brand in the automotive sector for the second year in a row.
