RWE: shares up after broker raises target

(CercleFinance.com) - Shares of German utility group RWE are up on Monday after UBS raised its target price for the share from 20.
5 euros to 24.5 euros.

The broker - which has a "buy" rating on the share - wrote in a note to clients that the "transformational" innogy deal has not yet been priced in, and that coal risks can be managed.

"We see 20% potential return despite strong performance year to date - growth and cashflow upsides from wind & solar continue to be under-valued in our view," it said.

The shares are currently up 0.7% at 21.2 euros on Monday morning in Frankfurt.
