Deutsche Telekom: raises annual targets
(CercleFinance.com) - As it unveiled its quarterly results, Deutsche Telekom announced that it has increased its targets for 2020, therefore anticipating adjusted EBITDA AL of at least 35 billion euros and free cash flow AL of at least six billion euros.
In the third quarter, it posted a 6.3% increase in adjusted net profit to 1.5 billion euros and a 49.6% increase in adjusted EBITDA to 9.7 billion euros, with revenues up 31.9% to 26.4 billion euros.
Germany's incumbent telecoms operator says that it increased its KPIs following the merger of its subsidiary T-Mobile US with Sprint in the United States, as it did in the second quarter, which is despite the coronavirus pandemic.
