Leoni: envisages split
(CercleFinance.com) - The share of German wire supplier fell more than 3% in the Frankfurt stock exchange after a slight dip the night before.
This followed announcements yesterday morning of a planned flotation or sale of all or part of its Wire & Cable Solutions division.
This is despite the group stating that it has not yet made any final decisions on the matter.
Should this transaction go ahead, Leoni would refocus on its other division, Wiring Systems.
The group will communicate again on this subject in due course.
