BMW: new CEO for BMW Finance in France
(CercleFinance.com) - BMW has announced the appointment of Alexandre Leclercq as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BMW Finance in France from 1 July.
He succeeds Joachim Herr, who is joining the management board of BMW Bank in Munich, at the upmarket car maker's headquarters.
Alexandre Leclercq is the first Frenchman to take over the national management of BMW Finance, the carmaker's captive finance division in France, since Serge Naudin's departure in 2007, BMW said. Note that France is its fifth largest market in the world.
