BMW: September deliveries up 4.6%
(CercleFinance.com) - BMW Group has announced an acceleration in sales growth in September, with deliveries increasing 4.
6% y-o-y, with a total of 248,684 BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce vehicles delivered to customers.
In the first nine months of the year, the BMW Group increased its global sales by 1.7% to 1,866,198 vehicles.
Total sales of the BMW brand for the first three quarters of the year rose by 2.2% to 1,601,397 vehicles.
Sales of BMW i3 rose by 21.9% over the first nine months of the year, while sales of electrified models from the BMW group rose by 10.1% in September to 16,035 units, partly thanks to the new BMW 330e.
