Deutsche Bank: COO Kim Hammonds to leave
(CercleFinance.com) - One week after the appointment of a new CEO, Deutsche Bank said on Thursday that COO Kim Hammonds would leave the bank, effective in May.
A US citizen, the executive joined Deutsche Bank in 2013 as co-head of technology and operations and was promoted to the post of chief operating officer in August 2016.
Her resignation has been by "mutual agreement," the bank said.
A new COO is to be nominated in the near future after consultations with regulators, it added.
Deutsche Bank shares were down 0.6% in early-morning trading today.
